Is CPSM still supported?
Official support for CPSM ended in 2018. A direct upgrade to Atria v15.x is both supported and possible . Atria installers will detect the CloudPortal Services Manager deployment, retrieve the required Atria system components and perform the update. It is likely that you may need to deploy new servers.
How does the upgrade from CloudPortal Services Manager work?
All new installers are PowerShell based, Once you have been given an access token, the Atria software components are retrieved from the Atria Nuget gallery, these are then installed alongside the CPSM components. The database schema is also upgrade to the latest version as part of this process. CloudPortal Services Manager can become Atria in just a few hours!
What are the benefits of upgrading to Atria ?

I removed CloudPortal Services Manager, can I still use Atria?
Yes! Atria can be installed fresh into existing infrastructure, we also have a number of import processes that make it easy to get your users back under management – even if you had to move to another product or had to go back to manual processes.

CPSM has a new home and a new name - Atria
From 1 February 2019, you should no longer purchase your licensing and support for CPSM from Citrix. If you plan to continue using CPSM beyond the end of January – you must purchase licensing from Atria.
