User Provisioning
In the Atria portal the administration experience for every customer is identical. Whether the customer is Azure AD only, Hybrid or on-premises the process is identical, making it easy for your helpdesk to manage users – especially non technical staff.
Add User Templates to each customer, meaning entire profiles can be built including Microsoft 365 licenses, group membership, Endpoint or remote desktop profiles and more.

Role Based Administration

Easy And Fast On-boarding
On-boarding is a 3 step process, and can take as little as 15 minutes.
- Create the customer in Atria and execute the provided PowerShell script in the customers Domain.
- Import users into Atria from either AD or Azure AD
- Import AD Groups and Azure AD Groups into the Workspace service
At this point you can manage users, passwords, Microsoft 365 Licenses and features, Azure AD and AD groups. If RDS/Citrix/Intune/AVD etc are directly managed by group membership these are all ready to be managed through Atria (without needing to logon to a server!)
Approval Workflows
Workflow ensures customers or your helpdesk provisioning is always successful. whether finance approving license purchases, or managers approving access, Atria workflow supports your customers business processes.
Atria allows each customer to have their own configured approval process, or for you the MSP, to be involved in approval processes as a double-check for a customer.
