Rapid, Reliable Scaling for a Mission-Critical DaaS Customer
A New High-Stakes Customer
ScanNet (a team.blue brand) received an urgent request to host a critical business application for a large new DaaS customer—with potential for 3,000 users.
No Time for a Long Project
The deal depended on delivering the full DaaS platform and user management quickly—there was no time for a slow or complex deployment.
The Solution
Automation, Atria, and Seamless Customer Experience
In just half a day, team.blue automated the setup of Citrix infrastructure and used Atria's API to create the customer in a multi-tenant environment.
Once live, access to Atria was handed over to the customer. They provisioned the initial 150 users instantly—and grew to 3,200 users at peak, all via self-service and bulk import.
The entire process, from onboarding to expansion, required no involvement from level 3 engineers thanks to automation and Atria's management tools.
The platform scaled smoothly up and down with demand, allowing customers to add or remove users, and deprovision inactive accounts—saving money and effort.
